RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Project Coordinator: Puerto Rico Infrastructure Financing Authority

Create and revise preliminary master schedules for Operations detailing the sequence of all work to be performed. Maintain master schedule for each project and identify and record the impact of work performed and not performed as scheduled. Evaluate actual construction progress and provide regular schedule updates. Interface with Contractors, Owners, and Subcontractors to discuss impact of work and resolution of problems. Prepare and issue proposal and preliminary schedule. Incorporate Resource and/or Cost Loading data into schedules as required. Serve as technical advisor for the solution of difficult production problems. Assist Project Managers in creating short-term schedules, monitor such schedules to determine impact on master schedule, and help in formulating actions to correct scheduling problems. Provide information as needed on the content, modification, or presentation of project schedule.

Construction Project Manager: Mar-Land Industrial Contractors, Inc.

Prepare change orders, certifications, and request for information. Responsible for project controls, schedule review, monitoring and reporting, financial and cost reporting. Prepare / Review procurement and supplier submittal documents for acceptability and conformance. Review contract documents in compliance with technical/legal requirement.

Develop and enforce applicable drafting standards and guidelines in the design process. Responsible to complete material take off from drawings required to perform accurate cost estimates. Extended experience in mechanical and piping design for regulated industrial facilities. Expert Knowledge developing process & instrument diagrams applying ISA standards.

Mechanical Draftsman: Abbott Chemicals Inc., Barceloneta, PR

Experience working with electrical, mechanical, civil, process, instrumentation and structural drawings. Proficiency using drafting software such as AutoCAD and Microstation. Capable to perform field check to verify accuracy of specified dimensions and geometry. Basic knowledge using construction surveying equipment.
